Right near multiple supermarkets and a shuttle bus stop and easily walkable to the train station. They use a digital key on an app to get in and out and contact you, all very easy! Amazing views of the local area and very cosy with everything you might need in a kitchen. They even supplied us with a fresh baked cake for our arrival which was a very cute touch. Comfy beds and very warm heaters to keep you toasty in the cold months. It's a nice mixture of the benefits of a "local" accommodation stay (cute building, kitchen, laundry, personal touch, etc) but with the advantages of a small hotel (they still have a luggage room if needed etc).

Emma's Hotel - Bed & Breakfast features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Lungern, 1.4 km from Lungern-Turren-Bahn. The hotel was pleasant surprise - many interesting and stylish details on every step. Room was quite large and also stylish. Great breakfast with wide variety of dishes and great service. We enjoyed our take-away dinners on public terrace with great view. There was also some free tea and coffee as well as possibility to get hot water and keep our fresh food in the fridge. Neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Across the street there was a train station, but in the room with closed windows we didn't hear anything. If you are a runner, then there are some great paths nearby.

The play area outside and activities were so good for the kids and the views from the lodge are just very special. You won't regret going up and staying virtually on your own. Service by the staff were super nice and friendly and the place is first class.

The kitchen is amazing. The staff very friendly. The terrace with the fire and the hot chocolate gathering. Al very clean and confortable beds. Ski bus stop just in front of the entrance. In Sarnen, 2 km from the Sarnensee Lake, the self-catered Apartments Chalet Wirz Travel offers an air-conditioned apartment with free WiFi and free private parking on site. We loved our apartment! It was perfect for our Christmas holiday. They thought of everything! The apartment was stocked with some complimentary food and beverages which was a nice surprise. Also, the location is great. The train station is nearby which is great to do day trips to places like Lucerne. The shops are nearby as well which is convenient! There are a lot of activities and things to see in the area and this apartment was the perfect base. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it!
