Recently renovated, stylish hotel with excellent service and location The entire property has been beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The self check-in via code went smoothly thanks to clear communication in advance, yet it still felt like a personal welcome. Sam was particularly helpful and gave us a great recommendation for a beautiful walk near Fort William, where we stayed at the end of our trip. Breakfast was superb, with a choice between continental and full English options. There are plenty of hiking opportunities nearby, making it a perfect base, and the location is ideal for those walking the East Highland Way. Please note: as of June 2025, the Google reviews still reflect the previous owners and are not at all representative of the current experience. We would absolutely recommend this hotel. A comfortable and peaceful place to fully unwind.

The location suited our needs as it was an easy walk to the train station for the Jacobite. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast had a good variety of cereals & spreads. Fantastic accommodation for walking the GGW. We received a transfer to and from the official route, along with a yummy care package in the morning. The breakfast was amazing, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming.

We had a very comfortable stay. The location close to the hub of Aviemore but not in it, was perfect for our needs.
