Overlooking the Akureyri Fjord, Viking Cottages Akureyri is located 7 km from central Akureyri. All cottages include free WiFi access, a well-equipped kitchen and a private terrace. Beautiful, clean cottage with all the amenities. We stayed 2 days and we were very comfortable. The shower and water pressure were excellent. The hot tub was very welcoming after a long day of walking & visiting. We highly recommend this place

The old farmhouse was quaint and delightful! I enjoyed the hot tub and a nice sauna as well. The farmhouse is quite well equipped with Bluetooth audio a full kitchen, kettle and coffee maker. My stay was very comfortable. I would book again 100%! I must also share that the communication from the owner Barnji was fantastic. He is an engaging fellow and I regret that I didn’t have more time to chat before my scheduled whale watch on departure day.
