Maccagno is a small, friendly village with ample bars and restaurants. Sole and Lago is beautiful. Davide built and designed the apartments to have privacy and to contain everything one needs in a modern, efficient living space; you get the WOW factor upon entering the apartment…then comes the view - absolutely gorgeous! Also, Davide is always available to assist with you anything you may need. My wife and I had a month’s stay and were extremely pleased with Davide, the apartment and Maccagno!

Situated in the small and quiet town of Baveno, it is a several minutes drive from the lake and Stresa. The villa itself is very elegant and comfortable, with a nice garden and beautiful view over the lake and the surrounding mountains. Manuela, our host, was very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend Villa Sofia.

We loved the view over the lake and it is only a 10min walk down to the city/lake, so you can leave you car at the house. 2 friendly dogs and a beautiful big cat live in the garden. You can cook and prepare your breakfast, everything you need is there. Fabio is a great host!

We loved our stay in Stresa, it's a fantastic location so central and so close to the Lakes so very convenient and nice to be in the thick of it to walk to restaurants and caffes.

Situé à Stresa, l’hébergement DA MEGGY possède un balcon et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Lovely and good size apartment, all very new, clean and well organized, right in the center of Stresa, conveniently located near restaurants, shops and the lake. Meggy, the owner was very positive and smiling and always in the line to help us. She was ready to solve any issue that may arise. I strongly recommend it. There was even a complimentary bottle of Prosecco coffee and some snacks waiting for us :-) in the future if I come back to Stresa, definitely will choice Meggy again. Le raffinement et le grand confort du chalet. Très belle qualité également des équipements. Une excellente prestation. Une mention également pour la gentillesse du couple de voisins toujours prêt à aider, rendre service et ....discuter !!

The accommodation is very good - spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The choice of bath and shower is ideal. The location is close to the town, shops and ferries and the short walk uphill from the town is rewarded with a simply magnificent view of the lake and mountains. The hosts were very helpful, let us check in early and offered to pick us up and drop us at the train station.
