The fish dish in particular was incredibly fresh and simply prepared in the best way possible. It lets the flavor speak for itself. The Viking house is truly one of a kind. How can anything compare to that? Olef clearly loves his place and his history. He doesn’t just run the hotel—he lives it. He is a genuine Viking, and it shows in every part of what he’s created here.

The view was unreal, undisputed view of the fiord. I can also confirm this is bed is heaven. Super warm with the heating and the fire was nice in the evening. Simon was one of the nicest host so kind super quick and responding. Even put up a Cornish flag up for our arrival for a week in March a super kind gesture!
