Location was on the outskirts of Queenstown, which made access by car so much easier. Grocery store, bus stop and services nearby. Loved dishwasher and laundry in the room. Big space, modern and comfortable. Parking tight, but available. Great coffee maker, heated floors, great bed and shower. We would definitely come back.

Arthur's Pass Alpine Motel is located high in New Zealand’s Southern Alps, within Arthur’s Pass Village. Lovely little motel at the foot of the mountain, clean, spacious and well equipped. Staff very welcoming and lots of useful tips. Only 10 minutes walk to the village.

Archway Motels & Chalets offers quiet and secluded accommodation, only 200 metres from Lake Wanaka. Our room is large and clean. About a 10 minute walk to the town center. We had to change our itinerary because the road to Franz Josef was closed at Haast Pass due to slips and slumps. I was having trouble reaching our next hotel to let them know we would arrive a day late. Mark very kindly lent me his landline to use. Mark and Jacqui are wonderful hosts!

Jennifer (host) is friendly and accommodating. She provided clear directions for the apartment, easy to check in and out. Beautiful apartment with plenty of space to spread out. The bed was the best we've had during our trip, we slept well. Great bathroom, kitchen, spacious living area and outdoor patio seating. The washer/dryer came in handy too. We actually cooked two meals in and ate at two of the walkable restaurants nearby. We wouldn't hesitate to book again, we couldn't have enjoyed it more.
