A very nice small but well-furnished and well-equipped appartment with everything you need for a short or longer stay (bedclothes and towles on request for some extra money). Nice location in a calm housing area with a great view. The host was very kind and gave us a lot of helpful hints for hiking and sightseeing in the beautiful surrounding. When leaving, he gave us some very tasty tomatos from own cultivation :) Tack så mycket!

The room was very clean, well equipped (kettle, pots, pans, coffee machine, towels, cleaning supplies, shoe warmer etc.), and comfortable. Location is also fantastic, close to both Sälen and Kläppen, as well as many cross-country tracks. Breakfast was very good, and the host very accommodating. The popular Ski centre of Orsa Grönklitt is only 15 km from Hotell Strandvillan B&B. Free private parking is possible on site. Our room was lovely. It was spacious, we loved the view and appreciated the space to sit on comfortable chairs. The hotel and surrounds were quiet. We also appreciated the breakfast in the morning. It is so good to have breakfast provided. There was a good selection of foods and the dining room was welcoming. We appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities and the small fridge. The host recommended a local restaurant. We were so pleased we followed his advice because we had an outstanding meal made with fresh ingredients and were entertained by fantastic live music!
