The snow was amazing, we had a blast playing snow around the hotel area and also DAS apres area. Breakfast and dinner was also amazing with a lot of variation that changes everyday. After dinner we spend a lot of our time in the game room, plenty of activities that can catter every range of age, lighting in some game room area can be improved though such as in pingpong area which is a bit too dark to play comfortably. All the staff were also very nice and very helpful, most of them speak basic english. Guest Relation Ms. Akmaral was the best, she really helps all our need and speaks fluent english. She actively informed us about activities, and responded to our chat very fast, making our stay so enjoyable. Will definitely stay again in DAS when we go to Erciyes!

Upon checking in we received most incredible surprise, tray with delicious variety of fruit and dried fruit. We were so surprised. It’s like they knew that my sis was celebrating her name day. We have had most beautiful view, amazing upgrade, huge suite with all amenities on a high floor. We felt very special and would absolutely recommend this location and hotel to anyone. Gym and pool were huge with a terrace where you can sun bathe Shopping around is amazing! We found so many treasures at half the price of any store in Istanbul! Old Fort from Roman times, lovely mosque, park, bazaar, all within walking distance, along with a metro stop. Could not be happier. Airport is maybe 15 minutes away

There was enough variety in the meals offered, the staff were extremely friendly and kind, and spoke English, and it was very comfortable with a child. The bathrooms are modern and the overall cleanliness was excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again.

The ski lockers are heated, so your boots and ski clothes are always dry. We only rented skis and sticks and they were great. A special pleasure is that the ski lifts are next to the hotel, and if you want to get to a further lift, the hotel provides a free shuttle service
