No interaction was needed with anyone during check-in and out as they had a very efficient digital system in place but you can tell the owners have put a lot of heart and soul into the building. The room was spacious and finished to a really high standard, including the bathroom. We had the room at the end so had a beautiful view out onto Mt Shasta. Great café under the hotel is also worth a visit for some pastries before heading out to explore. They also had some good suggestions for food. We went to Yak Shack which was just in the process of being rebranded to Drizzle and that is worth a visit if you like a burger!

This was a wonderful restful hotel with quiet rooms and comfortable beds.Beautiful cedar architecture - nice restaurant onsite - complimentary coffee in the lobby all day - and a great little bar area near the fireplace. Great staff, great location and the rooms, gardens and hotel areas are really nice. A great place to relax and enjoy Tahoe. Close enough to easily get to restaurants but far enough out to give peace and quiet. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and thoughtful.

Big Springs Gondola is located in same building as The Residences at One Village Place by Hyatt Vacation Club, and Village Express chairlift is 30 metres away. The nearest airport is Reno-Tahoe International Airport, 38.6 km from The Residences at One Village Place by Hyatt Vacation Club. We stayed in the Three-Bedroom Villa, and it was easily the best hotel room I’ve ever seen. There are plenty of things to do around the property, and the swimming pool area is great too :). I’d definitely stay again 100%!

Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe is 15 miles away. Reno-Tahoe International Airport is 40 miles away from Mourelatos Lakeshore Resort. We loved the comfortable big bed with a direct view of the lake and the room was so cozy. The staff was very nice and helpful. The proximity to the lake was incredibly close and we loved that it was just a short ride to Northstar for skiing.
