Great hotel featuring a spa for relaxation. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. While parking is available on site, space is limited, and guests may need to pay approximately 20 Euros per night if unlucky. However, the rooms are well-equipped, immaculately clean, and regularly refreshed, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast spread. There is also a pub located in the hotel if you want to have a drink or dinner without going outside. Conveniently, guests can rent equipment directly from the hotel, adding to its appeal. Moreover, there is a transfer service to the ski lifts, although guests should note that the hotel is slightly distant from the ski lift areas, requiring a short drive each time. The hotel was very comfortable and homely. Lovely staff. Great location within the village and access to gondola for skiing. Good breakfast. Play area for kids and lounges to relax in.

Just 2 km from the slopes of Soldeu and Grau Roig, Apartaments Els Llacs offer free spa access and wonderful mountain views. A private parking is available on request.

This hotel is all and more than I expected. Beautifully located with views across the main city to the mountains. The room was exceptionally well prepared. Great comfy bed...beautiful bathroom and lighting was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. Staff were very helpful with excellent English which makes it easier for us. We used roo service for dinner..such amazing food provided.

During our this year's motorcycle tour through the Pyrrenees, our group of six spontaneously decided to spend the night in Andorra. At our age [LOL], we keep paying a lot more attention to comfort and coziness rather than to price - although this was simply just a great offer we could just not reject. After booking through booking.com, everything else was just a piece of cake: Being contacted by the receptionist regarding our time of arrival for the most convenient check in, the reception itself along with a refreshing cool drink, the personal escort to the underground parking garage, the room allocation, the bar (you know, that mandatory arrival drink), the "room" (in my case a suite) anyways and not at least the breakfast. Even the director, being right on the go for a short get away, showed up for some nice meet 'n greet. All in all, those 10 real rock-solid points is the least we can award. Many thanks once again to the entire team for a really pleasant and remarkable stay!
