I was there for my birthday and got some pleasant presents in the room every day. The staff is very friendly. Although the hotel was full, the spa and the pools were not crowded, because the hotel is really very big with a lot of space and pools. The room was big and cosy. The spa and pools were nice, water was clean and warm. The staff was extremely polite. The beach bar offered wonderful cocktails. The animation of the kids let us enjoy 1-2 hours of relax.
