The design and decor of the hotel are amazing, with original artworks throughout the common areas. The staff was especially friendly and helpful, attending to our every need. We enjoyed meals in the restaurant and drinks and appetizers on the top floor bar, with a spectacular view of La Paz. The bed was large and comfortable, and daily bottles of water were much appreciated.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic, the facilities are great and it's super comfortable which was important as we were coming into La Paz from sea level so the altitude had quite a large impact. All the staff were brilliant but Luisa in particular was fantastic. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

The staff are very friendly. We had central heating, what a treat!! Are room was warm and sunny. Parking for our motorbike. There are corner shops and cheap places to eat near by.

Absolutely everything, this is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff are amazing they are so kind and helpful. As backpackers we felt a little out of place here but the staff never made us feel like this. We spent hours in the pool and spa facilities and adored the cinema room for watching a movie. We watched the World Cup match in the sky bar where the hotel provided free snacks which was a lovely touch. The breakfast buffet was also huge and delicious!

Europa boasts a full range of spa facilities and is located a 17-minute drive from El Alto International Airport, in Bolivia. There is an indoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi.
