I arrived at 3:30 am , my checkout was extended to 2:00 pm. I was in a wheelchair and was taken to my room and the heat was adjusted for me .. and was well taken care of! I ordered breakfast through the front desk and it was delivered in less than 15 minutes… Delish! Checkout was easy ,two young ladies came to the room to assist me to checkout with water offered as a wait for the porter who was called to take me to my next flight!

Excellent staff, very friendly receptionists, fast check in and out. Concierge and valet man - the same, only superlatives. Nice clean room, big enough for four adults (family), comfortable beds. A good benefit was the filtered water well on every level. And probably the best shower, that I ever had in hotels worldwide!!! Around plenty restaurants. We can only recommend!!!

The location is great right near the tower. The room was clean and quiet and very spacious with a view of the tower from the bathroom. The bed was very big and very comfy had a very good sleep. Would definitely stay again.
