The breakfast was amazing and had products from the local producers on the area. Very delicious and the spot to was beautiful, with a nice view to the whole emplacement.

Sensational place and amazingly friendly people. We felt like family on Christmas Day and throughout our stay. The owner of the accommodation prepares delicious healthy dinners. It's amazing to sit in a hot tub under the stars and watch the Villarica volcano do its little harmless eruptions.

The hosts were lovely and very helpful, gave some great recommendations of where to go and eat. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and then the facilities on site were fantastic, especially for the kids. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The hotel was great. Staff were professional and very helpful, especially the reception staff. The room was spotlessly clean and I had everything I needed, including a fridge in the room and hot water for tea/coffee on every floor. The location was perfect - close to the main commercial area, but in a quiet street and I even had a view of the volcano from my room.

Everything went very well during our stay, especially the very friendly staff who welcomed us and served us with extreme warmth during our seven days. Other positive points: the breakfast provided by the accommodation (in partnership with May Cafetuyu) was excellent, with several savory and sweet options, and Leandro was very attentive in explaining and offering menu options. The location is great, two blocks from the main Bernardo O'Higgins Avenue. Furthermore, we were able to park our car in the parking lot inside the inn for greater security, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was good, we had no problems with noise from neighboring rooms, and communication with the inn via WhatsApp and Booking was effective.
