The property was at an excellent location for exploring Changsha’s main sights and pedestrian street. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The restaurant offers a great selection for the buffet breakfast and a superb view of Changsha by day and night. We were greeted by English-speaking staff which put us at ease immediately. Jack kindly provided us with all the necessary information to make the most of our stay in Changsha. It was a half way stop on our trip around China so the laundry facilities were very much appreciated and the ease of use made it all simple. A great place to stay on your next visit to Changsha.

Hotel location is superb, just beside the MRT station — so easy to get around! Breakfast buffet was solid, and the staff were really friendly. Gave us a high-floor room upgrade somemore. Very impressed, will stay again!

The room overlook the lake and can see the sunrise. The hotel location is good. The dinner buffet was good and the hotel staff, named Moon, at the restaurant was very helpful and teach me how to use MeiTuan to save money.

We were impressed by the professionalism and great customer service delivery by the hotel staff : Landy Liu and Christina. We have had a tiring trip touring parts of Zhangjiajie, Furong Ancient Town and Fenghuang Gu Zheng for the past one week. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay at JW Marriot.
