The apartment was big and clean with all the things you need for a good stay. Very good location close to the market, the bus stop, the stores and the restaurants. The staff is super helpful and kind. The breakfast comes with a lot of fresh fruit, eggs, avocadoes! Very nice service at a very reasonable price. I would choose it again when staying in Santa Marta.

Something special was the service staff who were very friendly and hospitable. The location is perfect near the airport and the food is very good, both the buffet and the restaurants. It was our first time as a family and we will be back for sure.

The hotel is simply beautiful. Our room had a large picture window that faced the ocean and we saw several spectacular sunsets. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff extremely accommodating. The pool area had a spa tub and swimming pool. The location was great.

Location and facilities are excellent. Room was modern, clean and much larger than expected. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. For a foreign visitor, the amount of security is a bit unusual especially given I've never seen any trouble on visits to Colombia. Overall, the facilities exceeded my expectations and the price was less than a basic hotel room in London - unbelievable value for money but perhaps I visited in low season.

    We loved everything, the food was fresh, home made and tasty, the room spacious and luxurious, comfortable beds. Best massage in ages. We got our laundry and hiking boots cleaned for little money. We got a perfect on time breakfast to go when we had to take an early plane. Very very friendly staff. Will definately recommend this hotel!

    The breakfast buffet, the wellness area, the pool , the nice staff and the amazing comfortable matress🥰 I havent slept so good in a long time. So thanks for the amazing matress. I also liked the fact that there is a gym and a working space. In general the restaurant is very fancy and clean. I had a very good time and the staff was super helpful and nice🙏🏼🙂 Thank you.

    The staff at reception spoke English and were very helpful, and all the hotel staff were very courteous and attentive. The inner courtyard is a relaxing space with a pool, the sound of running water, and a variety of seating. The adjoining restaurant has a great menu and the included breakfast choices were excellent as well. The location is on a quiet street, yet only a few minutes walk to the waterfront or the area with lots of restaurants and bars.
