We had breakfast at both the Retreat premises (Mirador) and at the Citadel. Although the first had better views, I found the latter to be richer and more varied. The staff were super nice all over the premises. We did have a small issue regarding our booking and it took the Reception quite some time to address it, but it was all ok in the end. The hotel has a very interesting architecture, the cocktails we ordered at the main lounge were all very good, as well as the ones served by the pool. Dinner at Txoko was good, while nothing special. We liked both our rooms (one with a sea view) and another one @The Retreat. Both had a nice decor, super comfy beds, and a lot of space. Beware though, that at The Retreat, the lane of villas we were allocated to (the first lane, with Rooms starting 100...109) was facing a pool where there were families with babies and toddlers, which was ok for us because we don't mind children playing at the pool, and these ones were quite well behaved :). We love children and we are not bothered but if all quiet and peace is what you're after, you should keep this in mind and ask the Reception to book you in the next two rows of villas downwards, which were adult-only.

Nice place for enjoying, nice staff The view from the from our apartment was incredible Location was perfect if rented a car, 30 minutes from hotel have a Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos and Playa Americas. 5 minute walking is a natural pool, 5 minutes with car, Playa Arena which is very good beach and exceptional prices Breakfast and dinner was very good Everybody who made the reservation here will enjoy

Room was very clean, also bathroom. One evening the owner cooked amazing private dinner for us. Watching the sunset from the hot thub after all day hikeing was perfect! If you don't want to be in place that has conquered by tourist this is your place!

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, with a fantastic design architecture and stunning view that gave it a great vibe. All staff were super friendly and always helpful. Housekeeping came by twice a day, breakfasts were just extraordinary in variety and quality and pool surrounding and services were top as well. One of the highlights for me were the free yoga classes. The sessions were led by Nodin, a passionate yoga teacher who introduced me to different aspects of yoga. His guidance didn’t just teach me more about yoga, it opened up a whole new world for me that I’m excited to keep exploring. Overall, we loved our stay and plan to go back one day!

Definitely one of the best accomodations that I have ever seen. So happy that we have chosen this area of the island since the views here are spectacular. The hotel is huge having amazing views over the ocean, the palms and the golf area. Top quality services provided by the staff, while the facilities are everything that you need. Rooms are big and clean, you have 3 -4 pools with many sunbeds where you can enjoy your time (you definitely need to book the ocean club atlantic pool which is outstanding). It was a pleasure to spend my birthday in this place and I need to thank again the staff for the gift sent in the room. Will definitely book again on the next trip.
