All meals were exceptional I was so sorry I didn't book through hotel for to get free passes for spa. I didn't realise I could do that . I didn't read through it properly. I will do it next time

Neptuno is a great hotel. Fantastic staff, everybody meets you with a smile and hello. Very helpful. Rooms are wonderful, we with had one with oceanview and view of the old town. Will be happy to stay there again.

We loved our stay, everything as promised, and my daughter loved the spa. Great breakfast. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge paging through all their beautiful coffee-table books.

Perfect hotel! The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were given a free room upgrade, everything was clean and well maintained. The food was varied and delicious. The location was excellent, and our room faced the pool – we didn’t hear any noise at night.
