The staff are extremely nice, attentive and helpful! Any hotel would be lucky to have such a team :) Especially recommended if you are travelling with a child and a dog! We see our dog as a member of the family and expect to be able to move freely with him in the hotel (except in the SPA area, of course). This is possible in this hotel without any problems! Everything else was also very nice: pool and SPA very clean and well maintained. We will be happy to come back! Love in particular to the "breakfast team" ;)

Spa facilities were great and free to use between 3 and 5 pm. Staff friendly, helpful and responsive. Short walk into the city centre. Amazing big tv screen to watch movies.

My friend and I loved the location. It was a very safe area and an easy walk into town. The whole place was very clean and I had no complaints about anything. The owners were always in touch to make sure we were ok. I was very pleased with everything and I would stay there again when I come back to Cardiff.
