This is a a lovely hotel, located in an excellent location close to Richmond park. The staff were exceptionally nice and let us check in slightly early. The room was pleasant and quiet. Very good value for money for London!

A 15-minute walk from Richmond Tube Station and 25 minutes from Kew Gardens, Bingham Riverhouse features luxurious rooms, some overlooking the River Thames.

Great hotel! We stayed at the Westbourne Park location. Close to train and buses. Easy to get too and felt safe. Loved it. The staff were impeccable, polite, happy and just awesome. Great attitude from everyone of them. I look forward to staying at more Mason and Fifth Hotels

The location was great, the old school interior of the building was awesome and the dark green and red on my floor made it kind of spooky which I liked a lot, and on top of that the room itself is pretty traditional with a modern bathroom which is a great contrast, they had automatic lights hidden in the room which scared me super bad at first but I thought I was solving a mystery and I liked it a lot also, the staff was super kind really like them all and I liked talking to this guy I think his name starts with K, and he was gonna sing with the jazz musician Justin Whyte, I didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great, 10/10

Lovely room with access to a small yard, close to Syon House. Smooth check in and check out.

We asked to move to an upgraded room which was possible, we paid a bit more but the room was fantastic overlooking the Thames by the heliport. .

The 5-star Bentley Hotel is situated in Kensington & Chelsea, close to exclusive shops on Kings Road and a mile from Harrods. It offers an on-site gym and an elegant cocktail lounge.

The hotel was magnificent, perhaps the most beautiful in London. The decor is breathtaking, from room to lobby. An excellent luxury hotel. The staff were extremely professional, kind and helpful, truly 5-star. The room had all the amenities and was comfortable and gorgeous, but wasn't as clean as one would expect. The bath tub was so comforting, and the marble in the bathroom was beautiful and luxurious. The breakfast wasn't great but lunch with room service was excellent, we had the burger and carbonara. The location is terrific, just two minutes away from Gloucester Road Underground Station, quite a useful one with Piccadilly, District and Circle line services. East reach to all of Central London (City, Westminster, Soho, Covent Garden, etc). We had a Swedish massage in the spa which was one of the best we ever had. The spa staff are amazing as well, very welcoming and helpful. The sauna however is quite small and we didn't really enjoy it.

We have stayed all over UK in private homes (B&B) so many times, but never have we felt so welcome as with Iuliana. She was wonderful and extremely generous, helpful and we had a great time with her and the five cats. We will stay there again next time we go to London. It was very centrally situated, with the bus right outside and the tube 5 minutes away. Also a nice breakfast cafe up the street. Things could not be better.
