Location is excellent. Street is a little unprepossing but house is an easy 10 minute walk to the main square in Lixouri. Pantelis is an excellent manager and was quick to deal with the requests we made. The top terrace is a real asset and had superb views.

Perfect location! The property is located right behind the Lixouri town, just a short walk away from everything. It’s nice and peaceful, and the view is incredible. The day and evening views of Kefalonia and the sunsets are unparalleled. The pool is clean and an ideal temperature. The complimentary breakfast is customised to your liking, and is made fresh by the lovely staff ladies every morning. The internet is very good, especially for Greece. There are no dead zones, and the wifi connection was stable enough for me to work and attend meetings. Aspasia and Kefalonia in general have been one of the most relaxing and beautiful places I’ve visited by far. If you want a nice dining experience I recommend Avli restaurant. My favourite beach to swim/snorkel on the island was Lagadakia (water is a bit cold, but very clear and very refreshing on a hot day). Myrtos has some of the most beautiful blue water but has waves that become surprisingly strong and large (recommend if you are a strong swimmer). 10/10 all round!
