The food was delicious. There were variety of different types of food including seafood. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by the mountains and the sea. The water park is great and we had a lot of fun there (both adults). The staff was awesome, very pleasant (but not too much as typically in Turkey for example) and always ready to listen to you. We had an excellent experience with the coupe massage and so far it was the best massage ever!

perfect sand beach. large spacious rooms. excellent view from the window, if you are on the second floor, it does not matter whether it is a view of the mountains or the sea. It's good that you don't have air conditioning in the dining room, but only a windmill near the coffee machine. There is another one of the same kind missing in the opposite corner of the room. This allows people at least not to catch a cold while eating. Breakfast and dinner are not as mega varied as in 5-star hotels, but there is always plenty to choose from. and the food is very tasty. Thank you! I will definitely come to you again. p.s. You can get to the hotel and back from Heraklion from the KTEL bus station for 5.40 euros, but the bus is usually late by 15-30 minutes. The bus only runs every 2 hours!!!

A lovely place to be ! We had a great time and met lovely people. All the staff is very friendly and the location is perfect to walk down to beach, to have a walk down to the village and port or to go sightseeing. The hotel is quiet and has a nice view.

I really wanted to write you to say that traveling around the world and providing different culture for our family is what we value the most. Knowing Greece was my biggest dream in my 41 years life… It is so special to have chosen somewhere so committed with the guests. We are very impressed and thankful. A good room with beautiful view was something so important to me and you found us simply the most beautiful room we could wish/deserve. Kids are enjoying everything, they loved the aquapark! I loved the wine menu available in the all inclusive experience. Our cretan barbecue during the sunset was a gift! This is the best resort we have ever been to, and when I say that, believe me, it is a huge thing! We have been to the best in caribean, Florida, Brazil, Portugal, Italy, Spain… As the music says: You’re simply the best! We will never forget these days!

Everything was very pleasant and tranquil, the food was delicious and the staff was incredibly helpful and also knowledgeable about the area. We very much enjoyed the pool area, the movie night and also the live music. Having a gym on site is an added bonus for those who want to do some training. Something that is amazing about this place is its history and the olive mill museum. Something that makes it stand out in our opinion is the attention to detail in every sense! Wherever you look! The architect behind this project did and is still doing an amazing job! In conclusion, a great experience which we will definitely repeat and recommend to others!
