AustraliaEverything was exceptional . The room unexpectedly was a great size with a balcony that had a side view of the beach.
The breakfast had a great variety of things to choose from, eg. eggs cooked 3 ways, pastries, fresh fruit, and all fresh and tasty.
On the last day, the island lost power, but they still managed to feed the entire hotel with no fuss.
The standout though is the staff, especially Werner, who is so friendly and helpful.
Immi was amazing as well, always running around making guests stay comfortable.
The lady at the bar was awesome, along with the whole cleaning crew.
Would definitely be my choice to stay when we come back.

This isn'r my first stay here and the rooms are always clean and spacious. This time we got an upgrade to a Grand Suite with a Hot Tub which added to the experience. The room was quite smelly every time we walked in, so it was difficult. The beds are super hard, so I didn't sleep that well. There are newer rooms. Still, the room was super specious so we loved it! Also- don't book the massage at the Spa- we booked a 60 minutes session and it ended after 40 mins! Not worth the price.Guest review byReutGroup
