Great villa, fully-equipped. Properly working and effective A/C. Amazing view on the sea and town Vinjerac Clean swimming pool, barbecue place with separate kitchen, jacuzzi, sauna, darts game. newly refurbished rooms, 4 working bicycles Parking lot suitable for 2 cars (3 small ones) Super kind and helpful owner! He tried and did help us in case anything was needed. I highly recommend this place for a stay in villa Familia with family !

Everything was great! The villa is huge, the beds are out-of-this-world comfortable, and all the amenities like table tennis or the pool, made the stay really fun. We visited with a group of friends and enjoyed the space so so much! Not to mention those sunsets from the whirpool...amazing. I highly recommend!

Very clean, enough towels, stocked kitchen, nice grilling area, great pool and hot tub. The sauna also heats up very quickly and overall the stay was comfortable and the house had more than enough space for 12 people! The host was also very nice and welcoming. Great stay overall.

Our whole group liked the stay very much, everyone was satisfied, everyone had their own privacy and at the same time a lot of space for activities, the facility is fenced so there was no problem even with the dog that was with us. The hosts live in a part of the house, we didn't even know about them, but when we needed help, someone was always there to help us. A quiet, beautiful, clean place, created for relaxation.

It was clear that great care had been taken in preparing the space for guests. The bedding was fresh, crisp, and smelled clean, while the floors and kitchen appliances were in excellent hygienic condition. Everything felt thoroughly sanitized and ready for a comfortable stay, even for a longer period. Another highlight of our stay was the friendly and attentive service. Even before arrival, communication was polite, clear, and helpful. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and throughout our stay, every question or request was answered quickly and with genuine kindness. Although staff weren’t present on-site, it felt as though the property was managed with the same care and responsiveness as a high-quality hotel. That level of professionalism gave us real peace of mind. The apartment itself is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, making it an excellent choice for families. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, from cookware to utensils. We really appreciated being able to cook simple meals together using local ingredients, which added a special touch to our family trip. In addition, amenities like a washing machine, iron, and cleaning tools made our longer stay feel even more convenient and homely. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and family-friendly.
