Amazing and lovely staff that made the stay so welcoming making us want to stay much longer , the layout is super nice and very inviting. They have some super cute friendly dogs they look after as well as other animals. Definitely a great place where you feel at home.

Our stay at Sanctoo was amazing! An exceptional experience on all levels, the place, the location, the staff, the food… We have booked the villa with private pool. It was spacious, spotless and well designed. What made our experience even more special, was the incredible service. Every staff member was warm, attentive and helpful and especially Eka, Dewi, Yuro, Rifki, Indra, Yogi, Komang Ayu, Sekar and Dekuid who mostly served us during our stay. We felt genuinely cared for. Everything ! For that price. Can't expect more ! As one other review. Maybe the best hotel value for price I have ever stayed at ! The mattress are amazing, the room are big with front and back outside space. And the driver ( dita +62 822-3633-3530 ) was amazing help me so much and find me the best price on the island for activities ! I even forgot my jacket when I left and dita went back and ship it to my hotel in Jakarta in express ! What a legend ! A bit remote but that is what I like too. Just rent a scooter and you are 3 minute drive to anywhere. Just amazing !

Amazing stay! Massive rooms especially the master bedroom overlooking the pool and beach. Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful massages with a dedicated two tables downstairs. Live like royalty during your Bali stay - would highly recommend!

Breakfast - had to pre-select from a limited menu, but the breakfast was awesome. Limited menu ensured that everyone got what they wanted. Presentation and taste of the breakfast dishes was top notch!
