The services meet the expectation for a Hilton hotel, with a staff that know their job, and is very helpful in solving any problem. The room is clean and pleasant, with (in our case) a great view on the river. The breakfast is very good, with both Indian and continental options, and some dishes prepared at request. The two restaurants offer good food, in a cosy environment. The swimming pool is nice, but it was too hot for us to use it that much (not a hotel's fault, obviously). The location is perfect for driving around and visiting Goa, with Panaji reacheable in circa 20 minutes.

    The location on a hill is fantastic, beautiful views and near to best part of the city. The staff is attentive to one's needs. There is a spa with nice massages to relax at the end of the day. At sunset it is beautiful to see the boats sailing up and down the river Mandovi. There is live music on Sundays at lunch with Darryl which makes it a very special occasion. I was going to visit my late grandparents house and he dedicated a song to them.

    The hotel was extremely prompt in addressing any query. Upon request they ensured the car was booked for us for airport pick up, also available during the stay and drop back. Any orders place with room service were delivered promptly. The food was excellent. All the Restuarants on the property are fantastic and food at Barbecue was our favourite. The Wellness Spa is amazing. Thanks to Andy had the most relaxing experience. Simply blissful. Had the most exhilarating vacation.

    Wonderful, attentive staff - it was my birthday and I was treated like a princess! They were exceptionally kind, and all the staff seemed to know my name and that of my friend. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, as was the spa - really recommend the massage!

    When its Taj, its starts with luxury, attention to detail, and extraordinary service. we dont have to worry about anything. i was there with my 70 year old mom n she was well taken care of. so, mom happy = me happy... Breakfast and dinner spreads were extraordinary. room was sea facing and very spacious. every need meticulously planned and taken care of. property is surreal n dreamy and maintained at highest standards. definitely revisiting this beauty...

    The property is very well located and well designed, with a distinct Goanese aura in the decor. There are nice sit out spaces and lounges all around the property, ideal for relaxing. The multi-cuisine restaurant serving breakfast was excellent with a huge spread and a wide variety. The hotel also made the effort to know if we were there for an occasion and then provided complementary cakes to celebrate the occasion. This was very thoughtful!
