The hotel is absolutely stunning! We had a room facing the lake and it was amazing. Huge room with a sitting area, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom and bedroom with big closets. We also had a private balcony overlooking the lake.

Orta San Giulio is a hidden gem. This little town is worth a stay. It's very different from Lake Como. Spend 2 nights at Hotel Leon after a recommendation. Our room at the top had everything a traveller would need. Bed was comfortable, and the deck let sunlight into the room. Staff were lovely

Amazing hotel! The whole hotel is designed like a palace. Every corner looks like a museum. We got a room with a balcony and a view of the lake, simply stunning! The insulation is perfect! A romantic and pampering hotel, the beds and pillows are really comfortable. The breakfast is excellent! And the spa with the indoor pool and the outdoor ones are simply stunning. No words! The building is brand new and equipped to the highest standards. The rooftop terrace is fantastic- a 360 degree view on the lake panorama. The staff is without exception welcoming, attentive and kind. Spacious and free parking. The hotel is just across the street from the boat lines leaving for the islands.

The staff were incredible-I had read some previous reviews about the staff but could not believe how outstanding they all were. One person in particular who sticks in my memory is Alexander who works at the bar-he is a real asset to your hotel. The breakfast was also sublime
