check in easy, valet parked the car and assisted with luggage, room was lovely with great views of the sea, breakfast was excellent with many choices, pool was great with plenty of sun lounges. The hotel's beach is located on the other side of the marina, so access is by shuttle. However you can just walk across the road and jump in for a dip.

Overall, everything was good. The layout is a bit confusing, especially on the second floor — one of the rooms is separated from the bathroom by a curtain, so we couldn’t fully use the bathroom since it felt like we were actually in someone else’s room. The kitchen has everything, but the stove doesn’t work (it’s not plugged in, and there’s no outlet nearby). It feels like the place was converted from an office and wasn’t fully finished. But everything looks new. The soundproofing is very poor, especially between neighboring apartments — on the second floor you can hear every word the neighbors say. The building isn’t visible from the road, and I wouldn’t have guessed there are living spaces inside. But it’s easy to find on the map. Breakfast is simple, but there’s something to eat, plus tea and coffee, so you can’t complain.

Wow, what a great apartment. Spotlessly clean. The owner has put a lot of time and effort into making this a home away from home. Vintage linens on the bed, a large selection of breakfast options, clothes washer/dryer etc. Fantastic location, close to marina and restaurants.

It is a travesty that you can't rate this 11/10. It is simply the best place to make a getaway and enjoy Liguria. Amazing hosts, stunning location & views. Utterly clean and just.....wonderful. I cannot speak highly enough of the folks. We have already booked to go back. Oh and breakfasts made me add 2kg.

Oh my word! Amazing. The rooms, balcony, sea view, pool, meals on the restaurant terrace, spa, treatments, service accommodating nature of the staff. We didn't want to leave!

For 3-star hotel breakfast was really good. Location as well, quite close to the beach and city center. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and having a terrace was extra thing if you stay longer than few days. Air conditioning system worked very well.
