I am literally speechless, one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and answered all our questions to explore the Dolomites with so much patience and thought. The breakfast was amazing. The evening tea time snacks and coffee was amazing. The location of the property was perfect and the rooms were classy and perfect.

Fantastic staff service. Maps readily available and staff recommended good places to go. Bus cards were also given free although i drove. Views were amazing and breathtaking. Room size is big and clean with a nice balcony. Very near to town, possible to walk down to town. good restaurants around and places of interest to visit. Cable car up to ciamponoi is just down hill.

-Everything was simply beyond our expectations. 11/10. -The staff can be one of the most polite and attentive. Everyone was kind, sweet and helpful. -We booked half board. The breakfast and dinner, when served buffet, is usually average as per our past experience. Large and stylish restaurant, where we had a designated table. No crowds, no queues, no loud music or loud people. We had by far the best mushroom risotto we have ever had. The breakfast also deserves an individual review. The food in general was exceptional. -The room was beautiful, fresh smelling, nice little terrace, stylish and luxurious. -The facilities were clean, nice, and you have several options like few different saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pool.

Really, it's the best hotel I've ever been. To me, it seemed like it was held by a franch family . Liked everything. Good parking and location as well. Not cheap but worth every cent...

Great Hotel with very friendly staff. very clean and well organised and had basement parking for my car with a bicycle on the back . Also liked the environmentally aware approach of the hotel.
