Spa facilities super and very relaxing space. Big shout out to reception staff for sorting a change of room for balcony lake and poolside view even though the hotel was full the staff managed this request with so much efficiency and helpfulness. This hotel was perfect. Also staff in poolside bar and bistro very friendly and looked after us so well. We hope very much we can return to this wonderful hotel.
