This hotel was great. The staff were all amazing. We were treated like VIPs. The room was lovely and clean. Turndown service in the evening included new towels and treats. Breakfast was really good. The hotel was located just across from the main Petra gate and just around the corner from nice restaurants and shops. Dinner service was quite good.

Friendly staff, their hospitality, we received several useful piece of advice. It was easy to heat the room despite outside temperature was at 4 degrees. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was also good.

Everything! It was the perfect hotel to stay in Petra. The staff from the young man in the evenings, concierge to the lady in the morning for our check out were very professional and delivered amazing customer service. Breakfast was delicious both days we stayed and rooms were spacious, neat and well decorated. You have a botique hotel gem in Petra; extremely recommended to stay here.

Just 3 minutes walk from the main antrance to the Perta visitor center. We booked the option with breakfast and dinner. The dinner was good and huge, no way to eat all :-) Friendly staff, big comfortable room and clean bathroom. You can park a car on the street or on a free parking space close to the Petra entrance. Very good experience, thank you ;-)
