The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. They greeted us with tee and answered our questions about the local surroundings and recommended a great restaurant. The room was clean and there were different kinds of snacks, soft drinks, chocolates and more all as compliments. Recommended!!

Everything! It was the perfect hotel to stay in Petra. The staff from the young man in the evenings, concierge to the lady in the morning for our check out were very professional and delivered amazing customer service. Breakfast was delicious both days we stayed and rooms were spacious, neat and well decorated. You have a botique hotel gem in Petra; extremely recommended to stay here.
