Loved the public bath and facilities around including the relaxing room with vending machines and the free ices on the evening and Yakult in the morning. The location was also great, right in the heart of Motomachi Chinatown area and walking distance to the train station to get around Kobe if you wanted to.

I highly recommend this hotel! The personnel is so friendly and welcoming. They spent hours with me to solve my problems (lost my bag on the train) cause I couldn’t speak Japanese. Thank you sooo much !! And the view is amazing 🤩

It was a beautiful location, friendly staff that spoke English, and amazing facilities. We got to the hotel after a long journey from Osaka and rented the wine bath as soon as we arrived, and felt immediatley refreshed after! Also amazing food and the yukatas were incredibly comfortable to wear. Highly reccomend and we will make plans to return!
