Hong KongWe stayed here for 2 nights in November 2023. The Japanese-Style Twin Room - Non-Smoking - West Wing, the room was tidy, very spacious and overlook the Sea of Okhotsk. Internationl and Japanese original dish in buffet breafast and dinner. Lots of choices and very delicious dishes. There are male and female Onsen, also you can book a private Open Air Onsen Bath. Onsite Hokkaido souvenir shops for shopping and tax refunds as a big bonus. We would denfinely stay here again if we go to Shari again.

Spatial room in Japanese style with a sea-view. Abundant buffet for breakfast and dinner with good variety of choices. English and Chinese speaking receptionists at front desk. Uphill way from Utoro Bus Station to the hotel, but the hotel provides limo service anytime upon request.

The room is spacious, the surrounding areas very beautiful. We enjoyed the daily soak in the onsen. Breakfast and dinner were scrumptious and a delight.The hotel gave us compensation with a voucher as most of the onsen pools were under maintenance.

The room was very spacious. The hotel was set on a hillside and we were given a room on the top floor. The room was very spacious and nice and the beds were comfortable. Location was excellent as it was only a short drive to all the attractions. It was a pity the weather was not very good at the time we were there. The wind was so strong that the hotel swayed. We enjoyed the onsen very much. Buffet Breakfast and Buffet dinner were very good

Our best stay in Japan so far. We stayed three nights and enjoyed exquisite breakfasts and dinner, each one of them different. Personnel on-site created a family environment and helped us with our limited proficiency in Japanese witht their mastery of English. The private spa was greatly appreciated. Excellent base to explore the region.
