Located in a beautiful area with sea view. View from rooftop was breathtaking. Room was clean & tidy. Room service available 24x7. All needs were met within the hotel itself. Property has Several restaurants along with dine-in room option available throughout the day. Also hotel have a shopping mall where almost everything is available with the best sunset view. Complementary city tour was the cherry on top. Staffs were friendly & excellent in their services. Would recommend to have breakfast buffet from hotel at least once during your stay.

Everything was spectacularly done. My partner and I don't usually stay in such luxurious places, but as our trip was ending, we wanted to indulge a little. ITC staff made us feel welcome and not at all out of place, which we had some fear about. Thank you for our wonderful stay. The breakfast is the most elaborate I've experienced at a hotel. Again, wonderful staff. Thank you to Ari, who is one of many kind restaurant staff.

Special thanks to Mr Rahul Maini the gen manager at this hotel.. this hotel is immaculate and well managed best place to stay in Colombo. Upon arrival we were met by Mr Emil Gularatnam, special thanks, who was very courteous & professional even taking time to escort us to our room. The room was well manicured nothing to complain about at all. Thanks to the team at the lounge Chef Priyenca, Dilan Nimesha Amandi Yasabi. Many thanks to the restaurant floor 1 team- Mr Shehan & Mr Yehan together with their team- chef Janz, chef Nimisha, Aditya, Sirul, Kavindu & Sangeetha at reception...made our stay special. My son had a bit of upset and was well looked after by the dining area staff thanks Mr Shehan. Our housekeeper was Yohan who made sure our room was always clean and well made day and night. We will return to this hotel🥂🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
