Our stay was truly out of this world! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location—right in the heart of a lush tea estate, with breathtaking views in every direction. The serenity and beauty of the surroundings made it feel like a dream. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile which especially important if you are traveling with small kids . The food was another highlight: delicious, authentic, and beautifully presented at every meal. Plus we enjoyed amazing and ad hoc dinner set up to celebrate birthday. Room was lovely - stylish & very comfortable. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch service, mouthwatering cuisine, and a setting that feels like it’s straight out of a postcard, this is the place. We can't wait to return! Amazing old-world hotel. Everyone in my family from the 3 year old to the 77 year old loved everything, from the playground and playroom to the immaculate gardens and rooms and the food. People complain about the bathrooms but they're adequate, just not very updated.

Windsor Residence Nuwara Eliya was recommended to me by a good friend of mine who has been in this Hotel before. I am so thankful to her first of all. This is actually the Best Hotel I stayed during my Honeymoon in Sri Lanka. Beautiful Hotel with a great Interior and exterior. Very Clean atmosphere, Very comfy Beds, Cozy Bedrooms, Great WIFI, Sterlite TV, Tea & Coffee Making Facilities are few of the facilities I found. I found this as a family run property and the Business Owner Mr. Thushara and his very efficient family members always took great care of their Guests and paid extra attention in to every little detail. Breakfast was super (and it was too much for us actually) and we ordered Dinner also and the Food is so yummy.
