This is the 2nd visit although only for one night. The receptionist made me feel so welcome and asked about my wife. My previous stay was for 17 nights and can highly recommend as the Reception staff always will go out of their way to assist you. Unfortunately have misplaced the lady who assisted my wife (Riana) on my last visit, and would highly recommend her for the services she gave.

The hotel staff was excellent. Treated us like VIPs. Whatever we asked for, we received. The room was very comfortable. The shower was easy to operate and had nice water pressure. The towels were a big size. Bathrobes and slippers were in the room.

It was a truly luxurious experience from check-in to check-out. Extremely helpful staff - all of those doormen - restaurants - bars and even helpful cleaners. The suite was very comfortable well designed.
