Spectacular setting, in the charming port town of Son. The spa facilities, including the sauna, were first-rate. The dinner we had outside was the best we had during a two-week trip to Norway. Staff were friendly and always helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Very comfortable room for single occupancy, new furniture, great bed, nice spa, super breakfast, good restaurant. Decent price, but completely outside touristic season.

Free Wi-Fi and free private parking is available at Holmen Fjordhotell, which is 20 minutes’ drive from Oslo’s city center. It offers a spa and stunning views over the Oslo Fjord.

The breakfast buffet is so good. We did an alacart dinner, the food is the best. About the location is excellent. The seaview with veranda room, loved it! The Spa so relaxing. We are satisfied with my hubby.
