Their customer centricity is next level! Special thanks to Nora, Sunniva and Malak from the reception and Sven at the Brasseriet. All staff at the Brasseriet were highly customer friendly. I can highly recommend this place and will definitely go there again!

It is a lovely apartment in a fabulous location within easy walking distance of the centre and transport network. Kitchen is well appointed with everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. Guests staying at the hotel have full access to the spa and all the saunas, spas and pools were just a fantastic experience. The rooms were large, very comfortable and clean and the food at the restaurant was phenomenal (though dinner was pricey, like much of Norway). The bathroom was immaculate with great shower and lighting. The small touches such as the sound system, coffee and shoehorn etc were all wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and the spa itself was great. Lots of different pools, steam rooms and saunas. The rituals were fun as well.
