This place is a heaven on earth. Everything is just picture perfect and one can feel really taken care of. We took the opportunity to use the facilities and could not be more relaxed and satisfied. Do not worry to ask anything to make your stay as ideal as you wish, everyone is so helpful and you’re given a full attention. I had a pleasant stay at the place where the receptionist is super friendly and responsive to my inquiries. The apartment has complete amenities specially for a longer stay. I would definitely recommend staying at this place either for solo, couple or family.

We have ordered breakfast to the room, and received our order as per our request, and on time. delivery was fresh, and eggs were recently cooked, not cold. Rooms were so comfortable we did not have any problem. we did not use the SPA, but menu was large, and looked like fancy. I have used the pool in the morning, it was so cosy, and nobody was using at that time, all pool was belong to me. hot tubs are so good, and relaxing,

We had reserved the Jelen apartment and it was lovely! Amazing house with breathtaking views to the Tatry mountains from our balcony and the Spa corner, which I must say we enjoyed a lot! Very clean, very cozy, very quiet and just everything you can wish for a great mountain vacation. We loved Koscielisko and Zakopane and the great location allowed us to wander around the area. The hosts were lovely too, helpful, so easy to communicate with and allowed us an earlier check-in and later check-out, which was great since we were travelling through Krakow. In conclusion, the perfect place to relax and unwind!
