Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Great selection, cooked and continental. Staff could not have been friendlier. Great value for money. Excellent location, close to the trails at Cascata do Pincho.

The room was very comfortable and the facilities (Pool & Sauna) were very relaxing. The breakfast service was also very tasty. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Friendliness of the staff from reception, house-keeping and restaurant staff. We have stayed here a number of times over the years and the outdoor terrace with seating, sun loungers and outdoor pool is the perfect area to relax. We visit Viana Do Castelo for family and Axis is in a great location to visit all the areas we need to which are all within walking distance. A lovely hotel.

This Hotel was a total surprise. Very nice ambience and staff. One can see and feel how the Hotel is run with a real attitude to hospitality and style. Very clean. Classy design. Breakfast buffet the best I can remember. Great deal of choices you dont find in other places. Also interesting details of how they offer things. They have a special touch. Including decent live Grand-Piano music and Flowers. Great parking spot and system nearby. And right in the historical centre with the harbour atmosphere. Also the bathroom design is very classy.
