Communication was great. The host was extremely proactive about our stay, being one step ahead of us. Particularly enjoyed the nice touches around the flat, the central location as well as the good value for money.

The room looks exactly as in pictures on booking. The sauna and the small pool were very relaxing in the evenings. The breakfast was tasty and contained new meals every day. Easy parking: there are reserved spots in front of the hotel, or you can park in the backyard if the front parking is full. Location: 10 minutes walk to the AFI Brașov mall. 20 minutes - the old center. 30 minutes - the Black Church. We always left the car at the hotel and walked in the city. Big and comfortable bed. TV with netflix and screen sharing from the phone.

Our host was very hospitable, helped us with directions to easily find the location. She waited for us at arrival to show us the apartment and help with anything we needed. We were greeted with cold water in the fridge, some candy and there were flowers everywhere which was a nice touch. The location itself feels very premium and you can see the design is very tasteful. It is spacius and of course everything was squeaky clean. The apartmet was fitted with anything one might need. We went as a group of 4 friends, but couples or a family can easily enjoy this location as well.

I loved the main hall, super spacious! and the room was super confortabile and clean (was amazing)! I had a small balcony where I could see the mountain with the sign “Brasov” on top! the land-escape view was phenomenal from my balcony! Rooms where super spacious with a small living room! The bathroom was very elegant and well served (many small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap and various beauty kit)! I had the opportunity to visit the spa, which was elegant, big, comfortable and provided with all the facilities (swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and resting area), we spend an amazing evening at the spa! Breakfast was very good too! many different choices between sweets and salty. Staff was friendly, kind and always there for help you! I definitely suggest to stay at the Aro place for the cost and service provided is definitely the best choice in town!
