Thoroughly spoiled during our stay, didn’t have to lift a finger. Exceptional service, even compared to previous other 5 star stays. Staff went above and beyond, so welcoming and efficient. Our first visit to Slovenia and they took care of EVERYTHING - airport transfers, local tours, dinner reservations. Communication was spot on even months before arrival, answering all of my questions and addressing various requests. Food was top notch, both breakfast and dinner, served by knowledgeable staff who ensured dishes were modified according to my dietary restrictions - I never had to worry. It was hard to leave!

Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was super polite and helpful. Nina in particular, the hotel's manager, was delightful. She helped us out with directions, things to do, where to rent a car, and even where to park. Everything we needed, or could need, pretty much. The room was fully equipped (check pictures!). Had everything we needed. A fridge, a microwave, a stove, dishcloth, etc. It was also very clean, and the bathroom too. The apart-hotel is a cozy place located in a quiet, safe and nice neighborhood, with a supermarket nearby (100m) for buying groceries and such. There's a bus stop just in front of the supermarket, with a bus which will take you to the historic center. There's parking available too. I will certainly return!

Location is great, breakfast had a very good spread with lots of veggie options. The room was well stocked with essentials and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Overall everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were very responsive too.

Everything! Great value for money, the room had an unexpected bonus - balcony, location is steps away from pedestrian zone and city center, 10 mins walk from bus/train station. Wellness is amazing as well, reservation is needed, breakfast is one of the best I've experienced so far, so many options, they even have a machine that makes fresh pancakes with a press of a button. Staff - amazing, Milica checked us in, shoutout to her, overall amazing service. We'll be back for sure.
