Very friendly, professional and well trained staff. Very quite area with amazing views. They upgraded our room and it was amazing. Very clean, with a lot of amenities We went to have dinner in the restaurant and the terrace is very cozy and the food so yummy and spectacular. We also used the spa and the massage was also very good We will definitely come back and will recommend to our friends and family

The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Rooms were stunning, pool lovely, food and cocktails exceptional. The hotel prepared a cake and special towel decoration for my husbands birthday on arrival and then sang and presented another cake on his actual birthday! The tour desk was excellent so anything you wanted to do was at your finger tips.

The Naka Phuket -SHA Plus Certified is a 10-minute ride from the white sands of Patong Beach and various entertainment options.

One of the best places I stayed in Thailand. First of all, resort is very big with a hugeeeee pool which is the highlight of the whole Experience. It s like real jungle vibe with variety of animals (we even saw snake) and plants around you. Nature is really beautiful. We firstly book 2 nights as we did Island exploring, we ended up booking one night extra as we really liked the place. Beach is so so- lots of rocks but we didn’t mind as most of beaches in Phuket are simmilar. We also came in rainy season so I didn’t expect to swimm. For better beaches go to phi phi, Koh Samui… we were happy with staying in pool. Prices of the drinks and food are high but expectable for this type of resort. There isn’t much thing to do around hotel expect 7/11 shop but there is shuttle bus taking u to patong and back. We wish there was more options and times but it s ok. We took grab. Also room service ends 11.30 so after that make sure u have something to eat and drink in the room. Drinks are good, food, I didn’t like much as I am not fan of Thai food but breakfast was good. We stayed in pool access and pool view room. Both were great and bed was huge and comfortable. All room is very nice. I need to say staff is great especially Vicky from reception, she made sure our stay was memorable. I recommend visiting this resort and spend vacation here. We really hope one day we ll come back.
