Everything! Very helpful and sweet staff, which were able to give us the feeling of being home. People like Oak, May Nokkie, Kim and Winter gave us an always welcoming and positive vibe. That’s rare and special for such a high-end hotel. The resorts location is breathtaking beautiful with lots of wildlife: sea turtle, eagles, giant bats and so on. The food in the restaurant is very good in western and thai cuisine. The Spa is pricey, but you know what, it’s definitely worth it. I had a blockade in my shoulder and after two sessions, it was away. Our plan was to travel a little bit around Phuket, but the hotel was so nice, so we didn’t left it until checkout, which is uncommon for us. We will come back!

The resort is a real dream! First of all I would like to commend the staff, they are extremely friendly, courteous, attentive and helpful. Especially Maria fulfilled our every wish and was always there for us. Even after we left, after an accident happened and I forgot my dress at the hotel, the reaction was immediate and it was forwarded to me. The view from the room is breathtaking and the private beach is wonderful. The pool area is huge and you can always discover something new in the fantastic gardens. Another absolute highlight was the cable car, which takes you up to the rooms. . I highly recommend this resort to everyone, you will absolutely love it. I'm sure it's the most beautiful resort Thailand has to offer.
