One of the best places we stayed ever. Hospitality at new level, from check in to check out, you only get smiles and extreme readiness to make you comfortable. Great breakfast, exceptional pools and other facilities, very personalised at all times. Stunning resort, close to nature, a lot to cover and absorb. Strongly recommended for families with kids. loved it every day, close by to everything. Do get a car if staying beyond 3 nights which too inexpensive in Thailand. A perfect overall experience. Nice and kind staff, always smiling and helping if needed. Everything is super clean! High level facilities, thinking about the smallest details for a perfect stay. Amazing kids club, good food, very nice place decorted beautiful. Great valeu for money!

Small hotel, villa style. Very quiet beach, none of these big hotels around. At the beach you will meet just 2-3 other people. Staff was very kind, helpful, outstanding. We had two Deluxe Pool Villas side by side, which i would recommend for a family with bigger kids like ours. They are not connected indoor, but at the pool terrace by a sliding door. Breakfast and dinner excellent. Its not a location where you may get out of the hotel in the evening and be surrounded by noise bars and nightlife, but within 5-10 min walking distance, there are some quite nice local restaurants as well. If you like swimming: in the largest pool the diagonal is about 20m. no lanes, but enough if you swim alone in the morning

I was there with my mom, who has mobility issues. The staff were all amazing - always eager to help her, they’d drive a buggy to pick her up from our room, with a warm smile. I’m really thankful for their care and hospitality, specially Mo, Fah and Deong. The beach is beautiful, the spa is amazing, and the pool suite was spacious and clean.

This has been the most incredible stay I have ever experienced. Soooo luxurious! I did not even dream about. First of all, the staff is super super kind. The restaurant Manager and restaurant service was doing so many nice things to make us happy. The food was delicious, many options to choose from. The villa was stunning, so clean! Cleaning was twice a day, in the evening we were served with a tea. The hotel took care also of mosquitoes every evening. Thank you so much to all of you! We were crying when we were leaving. We feel truly pampered by your service.

The villa, the food, the site, the views, everything was incredible. What can we say about the hotel staff…. Outstanding. They helped us to manage a lot of stuff ( booking strip, transfer to Phuket …). A special thanks to Mr Beer who was a true magician during our stay, responding to all our needs in a very efficient way. Little anecdote: we forgot our shoes in our room and the staff sent them asap to our next destination at no charge! This is the best customer care we have ever experienced

The Melia is a fabulous hotel with a great pool and a lovely beach. We were in one of the boat suites directly by the pool which also gave us access to the “level” which was special as it allowed you free snacks, drinks and cocktails throughout the day :-) a great bonus. Hotel is a 10 min ride to Chaweng or the lovely Fisherman’s village so easy access … pool was one of the highlights as were the staff they were all excellent and so friendly - Makham / Candy in the level looked after super well as did Lucy and the front reception team - great service
