Beautiful resort in mountain setting. Most of all, great service; everyone was very helpful and kind. Loved the breakfast and food at the "Higher Room." The room was nice and spacious with a big comfortable bed. The fitness center was spacious, with a good amount of equipment than most hotels or resorts I've been to.

I was looking for somewhere peaceful and remote for a couple of days to recharge. It was such a beautiful place, a great getaway! Will be back with friends or family next time. Staff were so attentive. welcoming and friendly, I didn't expect that at all, a pleasant surprise.

We booked the place for a two-night stay but our plans changed the last minute. We were not able to cancel the reservation free of charge as it was too late but the staff were really nice and after contacting them we got the fee waived. They were really nice and understanding.

I spent three nights with my two small boys (1YO and 4YO) here. Participating that I would be solo parenting for a few days, I tried to pick the best and comfortable accommodation for that - so the child playroom was a major plus. And it was truly amazing! All the details were so well thought out, the sky lounge bar was great, our room was spacious and fresh, the playroom felt as new, beds were great, staff was amazing. The location was right next to the night market and I walked with my two small children, I never felt uneasy or unsafe (though we were there between 7 and 9PM, so early evening). My only regret was that my husband was not able to join haha, I would have loved to spend a night at the sky lounge restaurant together! Thank you for the amazing stay! Would definitely come back.
