This is my favorite hotel in Samui if you are traveling solo or as a couple. Great rooms and amenities, fabulous service team that really cares about providing the best experience. Crazy good breakfast. Pool is great, just by the sea. Do rent a moped to move around the island. Thank you Jan and whole team for making me extended my stay so many times 😅. Can’t wait to be back.

Beautiful grounds and private hotel beach. The gym was great as were the classes each morning. The staff at the W are absolutely amazing, incredibly friendly and attentive, they go above and beyond to make the stay special. I can honestly say that staying at the W was perfect from booking right the way through. One of the best holidays we have had.

I thought really hard and couldn't find a single thing I could fault. The almost rainforest like property is beautiful and each villa is a delight to the eyes. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool in the villa and the space itself. My 5 year old couldn't get enough. While the beach isn't much to talk about it's still private enough and the waters were calm enough to take a good dip in the ocean. The two things that made this stay go from great to exceptional for us were - 1. The extremely hospitable staff and I mean each of them. They all knew my son's name from the say we arrived - from the buggy drivers to the servers at the restaurants to just about everyone. 2. Their kids club is small but has the most fantastic caretakers. I want to especially call out Sunny and Nguyen at the kids club who were so good with our son that he was perfectly fine playing there without us (a first). It's not cheap for sure but it was more than worth it for us.

Beautiful resort with huge rooms and a lovely pool and restaurant area. Staff was really helpful. Decent gym if you want to work out. Some great views from the spacious balcony. We loved our stay here.

Absolutely marvellous, peaceful and luxurious. Staying at Santiburi Koh Samui was the highlight of our weeks in Asia, when it comes to hotels. You start to relax the moment you see the facilities, everything is kept up to high standards, everything is spacious and the location is supreme. You're close to the beach and there's a main street not far away, which is a different universe. But you're on vacation, you deserve a break. This contrasts to other options on the East of the island, busier, perhaps fancier but for me nothing but concrete jungles. The beach is narrow but more than sufficient and supremely taken care of by the vast and attentive staff. The staff is another highlight here, you're never waiting long for anything, they're kind and knowledgeable. You also get a client relations person. The facilities are incredible, from a huge shallow pool to massages, restaurants and kids care. As we went off-season, it was luckily quiet. The breakfast is a feast and has everything you can imagine, from Thai specialities to French pastry, also fantastic fresh fruit and juices. The Wi-Fi is faster than most residences in Europe, in excess of 200 mbps, even in a sunbed. There are complimentary items like afternoon tea and ice cream hour. An absolute masterpiece and I look forward to go back!

It was perfect. The bungallows are comfortable, quiete and clean. We didn't have problem with sleeping. During our Thailand trip we stayed in 7 different Hotel/Resort and here, in Pinnacle we had the best breakfasts. Huge variaty, hot and cold meals, every day something different, thai and american cuisine, foods for vegetarian europen people too. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had many questions, needs regarding day trips, outside activities and reception was always ready to fulfill our needs. We received a lot of help with kidness. The beach is small and bit dirty, but if that is not your main program for the day, this is also good enough. We liked the location of the resort. You can find lot of things (service and shopping options) nearby, but still quiete place with a green area in a tropical environment. You can discover all Koh Samui from here easily. We loved it! It was a perfect New Year time for an active group of friends. We are planning to come back for a relaxing holiday as a couple...

This is an awesome property to stay and relax. Its 12 kms from Fisherman's Market and 17 km from Chewang beach area. But there are many beach bars near this hotel. Staff is superb very helpful. Special thanks to Ley ( waiter), he is very helpful and takes good care of everything and everyone.
