The magnificent property includes two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a large hall with a dining table, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms, and a balcony. Location is good, with Pattaya Park, a night market, and massage establishments within walking distance. The lady is an excellent employee. The house is really clean. Fantastic value for money.

Spacious, clean, well looked after apartment. Very comfortable, couches and beds and pillows great. Smart TV and WiFi available. Photos up to date. On site parking, good security with buzzered gates for entry and exit. Cleaning completed exactly when advised. Owner nice enough to come in early to accommodate an early check out for us.

Favorite hotel on Jomtien. Wonderful, professional staff. Comfortable environment. Luxurious breakfast "Swedish line" from 7 to 14 hours, including lunch. Large, cool clean pool. The room is very clean, spacious, there is everything you need, a set of tea / coffee / kettle. Cleaning and 2 bottles of water every day. The location is super, near the beach, restaurants, shops. Relax!

The sea view was an amazing, The room is so very clean The reception was very helpful The security guards has a nice attitude and and always looking for anyway to help you. Overall , I recommend to stay on Royal Cliff Pattaya.

The room was huge, had really good air-conditioning, was in a decent spot that a short walk could get you anything you could possibly need. Very clean too
