The place is amazing and view also, the breakfast was good and the staff nice and helpful for everything. We booked the green tour though the hotel and we had an amazing time. The hotel also booked us a ballon flight but in the morning we were about to fly from kind of a far away place like 20 min away from the hotel (which is right next to the Göreme ballon take off) which was kind of disappointing. So when you book ask from where you will fly so you are prepared. In mid November the prices were 80-90€ but maybe because they were from far away places not Göreme.

Excellent location just opposite the bus terminal and in the centre of Goreme. The property is not in the cave side of the town but you can see caves and fairy chimneys all around. I stayed in the new building which had beautiful, spacious, clean rooms. Merth and everyone else at the Hotel were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast spread was very good. One litre water was provided complimentary every day. On request, I was very kindly given a sandwich on the go for my early morning flight. Note that the property has a restaurant on the top floor with a section which is an open terrace which has views of Goreme town/the balloons. It does not have a sprawling open area for baloon watching. The tour rates of the property were reasonable (although I booked from outside where I got slightly better deals).

We booked the hotel last minute and nevertheless, the team was able to organize for us the pick up transfer shuttle, air balloon ride, early check in, fantastic breakfast upon our arrival. It’s true that people make the places special, and Aza team indeed was incredible. Hotel was an amazing birthday treat for me. If you don’t have a lot of time in Kapadokya, stay in Aza Cave Hotel as it got it all. Breakfast was super delicious with amazing ambience, the hotel has a very photogenic pool, lots of pretty corners to snap some pretty images. Overall I am impressed beyond words.

The location was great. The views are great. There were several good restaurants around, and the breakfast buffet was very good. The sunset observatory is also very close. The room was warm and the bed was very comfortable. All of my friends who went with me were very satisfied. If I go to Goreme again, I will stay at this hotel.

Great hotel situated around 10-15 minutes walk to centre of Goreme (where you can find the main bus stop and atms). Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and restocking of water bottles. Highly recommend their Turkish breakfast spread. The front desk staff was very helpful, helped me book the balloon tour and the green tour. I was very pleased with the price I got for the balloon tour. I only saw that price in one other place online. But booking with the hotel makes the refund process easier if your tour gets cancelled (didn’t happen to me). Will fully recommend this place to my friends visiting in future.

    The hotel location was really great. From roof we could easily watch the balloons rise and fly. It also looked very good. The breakfast we had was delicious and good choice. The room had it`s own terrace, where we did sit and relax with a beer :). The room was spacious, so the bathroom. Overall was good accommodation

    The staff was warm, very reactive and super attentive : the receptionists were very helpful, they arranged a lot of our bookings (a great hot air balloon ride, airport transfers). We had a medical emergency and they provided the best of help and support. At the breakfast, we were attended with the best service as well. The wellness center (sauna, turkish bath), a well garnished breakfast buffet and the private chimney completed our amazing experience at Anatolian Houses. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay memorable!
